This policy describes how CEMA handles information collected through usecema.com and in the course of providing commercial pipeline-development and sales-opportunity services to business clients.

• Information you provide directly, such as your name, business email, company, and anything you share when booking or attending a discovery call.
• Business contact information relating to prospective commercial accounts, gathered and used on behalf of clients for business-to-business outreach.
• Basic technical information generated when you visit the site, such as browser type and pages viewed.

• To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.

Outreach conducted on behalf of clients is directed to business contacts in a professional capacity, in line with the targeting criteria agreed with that client. Recipients may ask to be removed from outreach at any time by replying to the message or contacting us at khalil@usecema.com, and we will act on the request and share it with the relevant client.

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with the client the outreach was performed for, and with service providers that support our operations (for example scheduling, email delivery, and hosting), which are permitted to use it only to provide those services.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or record-keeping requirements, and we apply reasonable safeguards intended to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
