Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of usecema.com. They are informational and do not replace a signed service agreement. Where a written agreement exists between CEMA and a client, that agreement governs the services.

CEMA provides commercial pipeline-development and sales-opportunity services: defining a target market with the client, identifying matching commercial accounts, conducting outbound outreach to relevant decision-makers, and handing qualified opportunities to the client's team.

CEMA provides commercial pipeline-development and sales-opportunity services. CEMA does not guarantee sales, revenue, or that any individual opportunity will become a customer. The client's sales team remains responsible for sales execution and closing.

• Provide accurate information about services, territory, account criteria, exclusions, and buyer roles.
• Respond to handed-off opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that claims about the client's own services, licensing, and capacity are accurate.
• Handle sales execution, pricing, contracting, and service delivery.

Fees, commitment length, and billing terms are set out in the applicable order or service agreement. Founding Partner terms currently offered are $1,500 per month, no setup fee, an initial 60-day commitment, month-to-month thereafter, with the founding rate protected for the first six consecutive months of uninterrupted service. Availability is limited to the first three approved clients.

Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or scrape or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without permission.

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by CEMA unless otherwise noted. Client data and client-owned materials remain the property of the client.

Non-public information exchanged in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CEMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the services.
