Clients remain responsible for their own sales execution, pricing, proposals, contracting, closing, and service delivery.

Fees, billing schedules, commitment periods, renewal terms, cancellation terms, service scope, and other commercial terms for paid CEMA services are governed by the applicable signed service agreement.

Nothing on this website modifies a signed service agreement.

You may use the website for legitimate business and informational purposes.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website.
